During my transit in Castrojeriz, I stayed at La Rinconada hotel. As a frequent traveler, I appreciated the convenience of its location. The nearest airport, located 55 km away, made it easily accessible for my short stay. I found the pilgrim's menu for dinner to be satisfactory in taste.
There was one minor downside to my stay at La Rinconada. The single room I was assigned had twin beds, which was fine, but it was situated right by the front door.

I recently stayed at La Rinconada in Castrojeriz for one night. The owner was friendly and helpful, even arranging a taxi for my husband. The room was clean and comfortable, with great shower facilities. I also loved the beautiful surroundings of the area, with its stunning castle and charming village. The hostel itself is newly built and well-maintained, with excellent clothes washing facilities and attractive decor. a fantastic experience on my Camino journey.
I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a fantastic setting, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The operators of the property were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. the decor was very nice and added to the overall pleasant ambiance of the place.
The location of the hotel was not very convenient as it was quite far from the nearest supermarket and other amenities. Finally, the noise from the common areas could be heard in the rooms, making it difficult to have a peaceful evening.

WiFi throughout - great, now I can endlessly scroll through social media! Continental breakfast - perfect for my extensive palate. Burgos Airport nearby - in case I decide to jet off anytime soon.
Who needs curtains or doors in a bathroom? Just flood the place and grab a mop, it's like a water park!

I stayed in a private room that was clean and had a decent-sized private washroom. The operators were friendly and helpful, and the decor was very nice. The location is right off the Camino path, making it convenient for pilgrims. Additionally, the facility had great clothes washing facilities and an excellent shower.
The wifi connection in the upstairs bedroom was not available, which was a bit frustrating.

We had a great stay at this new facility for pilgrims. The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and a nice terrace to relax on. The room was clean and the shower was excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and they provided a good pilgrims meal. The clothes washing facilities were also a plus.
The noise from the common area downstairs could be heard in the private room, making it difficult to sleep.

Our stay at La Rinconada was an absolute delight. The owner and volunteers made us feel welcome and created a wonderful atmosphere. The newly built facility offered every comfort and convenience we could ask for. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, leaving us with a lasting impression. The location itself, right off the Camino path, was perfect for us.
The WiFi connection was not available in our bedroom upstairs, but we were able to easily access it in the kitchen and seating area on the main floor. Additionally, the dinner provided was not as satisfying as we had hoped, so we decided to go elsewhere for more food.
